• Delivery times may vary depending on the city and the customer’s address. Customers will be informed of any possible delays.
5. Returns and Exchanges
• Customers have the right to return or exchange products within 7 days of receiving them, provided the items are in their original condition and unused.
• Return shipping costs may be the customer’s responsibility, except in cases where the error is from Dams.
